Introduction.

Dragon Boat Festival dumplings styled cartoon buns, is not very cute ah! I can't bear to eat it!

Originally thought that this cartoon buns are quite difficult, but really do find it quite simple, as long as you are willing to spend a little patience!

Ingredients

Gluten Free Flour: 150g, Milk: 90g, Sugar: 15g, Corn Oil: 3g, Dry Yeast: 2g, Red Bean Filling: 60g, Green Tea Powder: 0.6g, Red Yeast Powder/Red Velvet Liquid: Suitable amount

Steps

Step 1: Dough material: 150g of medium gluten flour, 90g of milk, 15g of sugar, 3g of corn oil, 2g of dry yeast.

Step 2: Stir the dough ingredients into flocculent with chopsticks.

Step 3: Knead the dough with hands to form a smooth dough.

Step 4: Knead 60g of dough with matcha powder and divide into 12 equal portions.

Step 5: Take 10g of dough and add red currant powder/red velvet liquid and knead well.

Step 6: Divide the remaining white dough into 6 parts.

Step 7: Wrap the white dough with 10g of red bean paste.

Step 8: Knead the dough and flatten it a bit, then shape it into a narrow top and wide bottom.

Step 9: Pinch a tiny bit of green dough in your palm, fold it in half, and use a toothpick to make a hole in the head for decoration.

Step 10: Roll out the green dough with a rolling pin and use a spatula to carve the lines (don't carve through).

Step 11: Wrap two sets of green dough around the white dough. Roll out the pink dough long enough to use as a belt, and in addition make a bow to place on top.

Step 12: Put the buns into the fermentation box and let them ferment at 28 degrees for 40 minutes.
