Super Creamy Pumpkin Gumbo

Introduction

Almost every week, we go to Wing Fai to buy haha since the Wing Fai farm, more good vegetables have landed! I'm going to share with you a super flavorful and filling pumpkin soup that's perfect for a meal replacement, so make it quickly!

Ingredients

Chestnut pumpkin: 1, milk: 250 ml, light cream: 80 ml

Steps

Step 1: Chestnut pumpkin from Wingfield Farms~

Step 2: Wash and clean the pumpkin.

Step 3, Get a family member to cut the pumpkin hehehe!

Step 4, cut into small petals.

It's enough for two people to share almost a third of a slab of pumpkin.

Step 5: Put it on a plate and steam it on the steamer for 15 minutes. You can go to wash up after this process~

Step 6: Peel the steamed pumpkin with a knife.

Step 7: Put the pumpkin into a blender/cooker/wall-breaker.

Step 8: Pour in 250ml of pure milk.

Step 9: Pour in 80ml of light cream.

Step 10: Turn on the machine and beat it into a paste. If it doesn't move during the process, the pumpkin may have been steamed dry, open the lid and add some milk, then mix with chopsticks and continue to beat.
