Ingredients
Eggs: 2, Sugar: 15g (in batter), Sugar: 15g (whipped egg whites), Milk: 120ml, Low gluten flour: 120g, White chocolate: right amount, Dark chocolate: right amount, Sugar beads: right amount
Steps
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add low gluten flour, egg yolks, milk, sugar and mix well.
Step 2: Add sugar to the egg white, and beat with a whisk until the tip of the whisk appears sharp.
Step 3: Add the whipped egg white to the batter in three batches, gently tossing after each addition.
Step 4: Install a small red pan with a round waffle iron and preheat on the highest temperature. Spoon in the batter and cover with the top lid.
Step 5: Bake for 6-8 minutes, then open the lid and remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool.
Step 6: Once waffles are cooled, insert sticks in the ends. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Step 7: Decorate with candy beads, nuts, cereal, and flowers. Chocolate can be stored in a bag once it has cooled.
