Tomatoes: 2, Eggs: 3-5, Green Pepper: 1, Scallion: 1 section, Salt: a little, Sugar: 1-2 tbsp, Garlic: 2 cloves
Steps
Step 1: Prepare ingredients: green onion, garlic paste
Step 2: Cut green pepper into julienne strips, whisk eggs with salt.
Step 3: Dice the tomatoes
Step 4: Heat the oil in a hot pan, scramble the eggs first, and then remove them when they are half cooked. Put more oil, the eggs will taste more flavorful.
Step 5: Stir fry the garlic and scallions in the oil, then add the tomatoes and stir fry until soft.
Step 6: Stir fry the tomatoes and add the egg, season with salt, egg, sugar and soy sauce. When the juice comes out, add in the shredded green pepper at the end and let it simmer for a while before removing from the pan.
Step 7: Remove from the pan! It's a great meal!
