Ingredients
rice: two cups, ribs: 360 grams, vegetable oil: a little, soy sauce: moderate, salt: moderate, water: moderate, peas: moderate, carrots: moderate, green onions and ginger: moderate, potato: moderate
Steps
Step 1, ingredients preparation: ribeye steak, green peas carrots. (I forgot to take a picture of the potatoes)
Step 2: Wash the ribeye steak, add the ribeye steak in a cold pot of cold water, bring to a boil and cook for about two minutes.
Step 3: Rinse under warm water, drain and set aside.
Step 4: Stir-fry the ribs in oil, add wine, soy sauce, green onion and ginger.
Step 5: Add water and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 6: Wash the rice, add carrots and potatoes and mix well.
Step 7: Add the cooked ribs.
Step 8: Toss well, add water and salt.
Step 9: Cover and press cook button.
Step 10: Boil water in a pot, then add green beans and cook until done.
Step 11: When the ribs are ready, sprinkle the green beans on top and toss to coat!
