Ingredients
Beef: 200g, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp cilantro, 2 small peppers, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp lightly salted soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, half a chili pepper.
Steps
Step 1: Slice the beef, add one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of cornstarch to marinate, and finally add one tablespoon of cooking oil to lock in the moisture.
Step 2: Cut the chili pepper into pieces, millet chili, garlic, white sesame seeds, and then splash with hot oil, mix well.
Step 3: Add one tablespoon of soy sauce and one tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix well
Step 4: Pour oil in the wok, pour in the beef and stir fry to brown
Step 5: Pour the beef into the sauce, then add the cilantro and toss well.
