Introduction.
After having the boss of sweet and sour fish at a restaurant once, I've been partial to sweet and sour flavors lately. Based on the tradition of not wasting, today I tried sweet and sour risotto made with overnight rice to break the curse of egg fried rice every time!
Ingredients
shrimp: 8, rice: 250g, long bean curd: 5, ham: 1, green beans and corn kernels: 50g, soy sauce: 3 tbsp, vinegar: 2 tbsp, oil: 1 tbsp, sugar: ½ tbsp, cornstarch: 1 tbsp.
Steps
Step 1: Cut long bean curd into small pieces
Step 2: Slice ham on the diagonal
Step 3: Clean and set aside green shrimp
Step 4: Thaw the frozen corn kernels from the supermarket.
Step 5: Half a bowl of rice
Step 6: 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, ½ tbsp sugar, add half a bowl of water.
Step 7: Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the shrimp with bean curd for a few minutes.
Step 8: Add green beans, corn kernels and sliced ham and continue to stir-fry.
Step 9, add rice and stir-fry for a few moments to ensure that the rice grains scattered, and finally add the sweet and sour sauce over low heat for a while, observe at any time, because the sauce to add starch do not paste the pot Oh. Finally did not take pictures, only on a picture of the finished product!
