Ingredients
Lettuce: 1, soy sauce: 1 tbsp, vinegar: 1 tbsp, garlic: 1 clove, chili powder: ½ tbsp, sesame oil: 1 tbsp
Steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. One lettuce and one clove of garlic.
Step 2: Add baking soda and soak for a while, rinse well.
Step 3: Put water in a pot with a tablespoon of salt.
Step 4: Bring to a boil and add washed lettuce. Blanch for 30 seconds and lift out to pass under cool water.
Step 5: Soak the lettuce in cool water for a while. When cooled down, lift it out and squeeze out the water and put it on a plate.
Step 6: Mix the sauce with garlic, half a tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds.
