Introduction.

Ingredients
Tofu: 1 piece, 3 large shrimp, 1 egg, 1/4 carrot, 20g corn kernels, 1 green onion, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp pepper, 20g cornstarch, 3g salt, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste.
Steps
Step 1: Peel the shells off the shrimp and pick out the threads.
Step 2: Mince the meat
Step 3: Put the tofu into a bowl and press it into puree.
Step 4: Chop corn kernels
Step 5: Dice the carrots
Step 6: Finely chopped green onion
Step 7: Put all the chopped ingredients into a large bowl and crack an egg into it.
Step 8: Mix well with chopsticks
Step 9: Add pepper, cornstarch, salt, sugar and soy sauce.
Step 10: Mix well, divide into even portions, flatten, and fry in a skillet.
Step 11: Fry until one side is golden brown, then turn and fry the other side.
Step 12: Fry until both sides are golden brown and lightly browned.
Tips
When pressing the meat into the patty, you can press it a little bit thinner so that it will be cooked more, and if it is too thick, it will take longer to fry.
