Grilled Rice Balls with Black Pepper Sauce

Introduction.

It's really just leftover rice transformed. Simple and quick.

Ingredients

Mixed rice: 1 bowl, 1 small piece of lunch meat, 1 egg, 3 tbsp seaweed and sesame seeds, 1 tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp white sesame seeds, Tahitian black pepper barbecue sauce.

Steps

Step 1: Mix mixed rice with chopped seaweed and divide into small portions. Cut lunch meat into small strips and fry on both sides. Spread egg on a pancake and let it cool down, then wrap egg slices around lunch meat, wrap it into the rice ball, shape it, and spread it with black pepper sauce.

Step 2: Preheat oven at 200℃ for 15 minutes.
