Ingredients
Egg: 1, Water: appropriate amount, Sauce: optional
Steps
Step 1: Find a small bowl and pour in 1/3 of the water.
Step 2: Crack an egg into a small bowl.
Step 3: Steam the egg for about eight minutes, then use chopsticks to solidify the egg yolk, if you like candy, steam it for a shorter time.
Step 4: Pour out the water, and gently scrape the spoon around the edge of the bowl, then the whole egg is ready.
Step 5: Drizzle with your favorite sauce and eat!
