Ingredients
Rice: 1 bowl, Lunch Meat: 1 slice, Seaweed Slices: 1 slice, Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
Steps
Step 1: Slice the lunch meat into 1cm thickness.
Step 2: Fry both sides
Step 3: Cut seaweed into long strips
Step 4: Cut the cheese slices from the center
Step 5: Lay the lunch meat and cheese slices on top of each other and roll them up with the seaweed slices.
Step 6: Toss the rice with the spices, I used rice with millet to increase the intake of carotenoids.
Step 7: Take a piece of rice and flatten it.
Step 8: Wrap the seaweed with cheese and lunch meat.
Step 9: Wrap it up and shape it into an oval.
Step 10: Heat a pan on low heat and pour oil into it, then fry the rice balls on both sides.
Step 11: Brush all areas with okonomiyaki sauce.
Step 12: Fry the rice balls on all sides and cut them in half.
Step 13: Serve on a plate!
