Introduction.
Low in calories and high in protein, quinoa is paired with an assortment of diced veggies and bacon, using tomatoes as a bowl and garnished with mozzarella cheese for a face and more flavor.
Ingredients
2 tomatoes, 2 slices of bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of Korean chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of salad oil, 30g of mozzarella cheese.
Steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: Clean the quinoa, add water and drop two drops of oil.
Step 3: Steam in the steamer for 20 minutes.

Step 9: Pour in the steamed quinoa rice and stir-fry well.
Step 10: Pour in the bacon and stir-fry well.
Step 11: Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce and 1 tsp Korean chili sauce and stir-fry well.
Step 12: Fill the tomatoes with the sauteed ingredients.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 13: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 14: Enjoy while it's hot.
