Steps
Step 1: Shred the potatoes, green peppers and pork. Marinate the pork for five minutes in the ingredients listed with the letter A. Chop the garlic and scallions.
Step 2: Add sesame oil to the pan, add chopped green onion, and sauté the potatoes until the potatoes become translucent, then add the shredded pork and sauté until browned.
Step 3: Add bell peppers and sauté until well blended. Add ingredients with the letter B to soften the bell peppers.
Step 4: Remove from the pan
