Introduction

Ingredients
1 piece of old tofu, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp green onion and garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp cumin powder.
Steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients, soak the tofu in water to remove the soy odor, drain and cut into squares, brush the air fryer grill with a layer of cooking oil (to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pan), bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Let's make a sauce:
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chili powder + 1 tbsp white sesame seeds + 1 tbsp cumin powder + chopped green onion and garlic.
Step 3: Pour in hot oil and fry
Step 4: 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar + a little sugar, mix well
Step 5: Sprinkle in chopped cilantro and set aside
Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes
Step 7: Turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.
