Ingredients
Wonton wrappers: appropriate amount, pork: appropriate amount, scallions: 3, salt: appropriate amount, ginger: two slices, seaweed: appropriate amount, balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp, pepper: appropriate amount, celery: appropriate amount, soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Steps
Step 1, first of all, the onion and ginger foam into the meat mixture, in the soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, a little bit of soy sauce coloring, a few drops of sesame oil, the right amount of water, a direction of mixing to the power. (Meat stuffing in advance to feed a little good flavor), celery washed and chopped, clenched and put the water on the meat stuffing, in the appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, oil, chicken broth, thirteen spices, cooking oil, one direction and mix well.
Step 2: Prepare the wonton skins, and fillings wrapped and set aside, (I forgot to take a picture when wrapping the wontons, I froze this overnight,)
Step 3: Boil water in a pot, put a little salt, and add the wontons to the water. (Frozen wontons or dumplings should be put into the water when the water is just bubbling so that they won't boil)
Step 4: In a bowl, put chopped green onion, cilantro, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, seaweed, (put some shrimp if you have shrimp)
Step 5: Add the wonton water to the bowl while it is still hot and stir well.
Step 6: Fish the boiled wontons into the soup and sprinkle with pepper.
