Ingredients
Spaghetti: 200g, Bacon: 60g, Garlic: 3 cloves, Sugar: 5g, Salt: 2g, Olive Oil: 20ml, Boiling Water: 30ml, Black Pepper: moderately, Spring Onion: 15g, Chicken Seasoning: 2g / optional
Steps
Step 1: Cut the bacon into 2cm wide slices, mince the garlic and chop the spring onions.
Crack eggs into a large bowl, add sugar, salt, chicken broth and grated Parmesan cheese and set aside~.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 5 grams of salt, bring to a boil and cook the pasta according to the cooking time on the package.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the bacon and garlic and sauté over low heat until the bacon is lightly browned.
Step 3: Add 30ml of boiling water, add the pasta and sauté well, turn off the heat.
Step 4: Turn off the heat, pour the egg mixture from step 1 into the pasta and mix well.
Step 5: Plate the pasta, sprinkle with green onion, and serve. Add chili peppers, cheese powder, and other seasonings as you like.
Tips
Mix the egg mixture into the pasta after turning off the heat, the egg mixture will be half-cooked.
