Ingredients
Pork: 500g, wonton wrappers: appropriate amount, green onions: 12, star anise: 1, peppercorns: 5, pepper: 2 tbsp, oil: 2 tbsp, soy sauce: 3 tbsp, salt: appropriate amount, egg: 1, sesame oil: 4 tbsp.
Steps
Step 1: Prepare 500g pork filling
Step 2: Cut small green onion into foam, and beat the egg.
Step 3: Simmer anise and pepper in water.
Step 4: Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, pepper and star anise water.
Step 5: Stir in one direction.
Step 6: Prepare a small bowl of water and wonton skins.
