Introduction
I used to use Dahi Dahi marinade powder, this time I tried Dahi Dahi barbecue sauce, it's also very good, 2 large chicken thighs used a bag of barbecue sauce just right!
Ingredients
1 potato, 2 heads of garlic, 1 corn, 4-5 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper.
Steps
Step 1: Repeatedly insert the chicken thighs with a fork, the small holes will allow the juices to penetrate deeper into the thighs
Step 2: Make a few cuts on the skinned side to make it easier to flavor the chicken and make it look good on the grill.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a few slices of ginger, and a bag of Dahi Dahi Orleans Barbecue Sauce.
Step 4: Massage with your hands and marinate for half an hour or more.
Step 5: Remove the tops of the garlic, cut the corn into pieces, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 6: Brush the vegetables with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 7: Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the potatoes, the juices from the meat will remain while baking, the potatoes will absorb the juices and the chicken thighs won't stick to the parchment paper.
Step 8: Preheat the oven to 200℃ and bake for 30 minutes, ready to brush with honey.
Step 9: Brush the chicken thighs with pure honey and nothing else, brush both sides with honey and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then brush the chicken thighs with honey again and turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 10, open out of the chicken thighs or very delicious, flavorful and tender
Step 11: I love to eat the skin of the chicken when it comes out.
