Ingredients
Chicken thighs: 2, green onion: 3, ginger: small, garlic: half a head, cucumber: 1, carrot: a little, green pepper: 1, onion: a little, chopped peppers: 2 tbsp, soy sauce: 1 tbsp, oyster sauce: 1 tbsp, balsamic vinegar: 2 tbsp, sugar: 1 tbsp, cooking wine: 1 tbsp, sesame oil: 1 tbsp, pepper: ½ tbsp, thirteen spices: 1 tbsp, black sesame seeds: 1 tbsp.
Steps
Step 1: 2 chicken thighs, cleaned.
Step 2: Blanch the chicken thighs in a pot. Put a few slices of ginger and a spoonful of cooking wine to deodorize.
Step 3: Rinse the blanched chicken thighs.
Step 4: In a separate pot, add water, add chicken thighs, put green onion, ginger, two dried chili peppers, cooking wine, 1 small handful of peppercorns, two leaves, a little salt. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 5: Peel and shred one cucumber, shred a few carrots and set aside on a plate.
Step 6: Wash and cut the green onion, mince the garlic, chop the ginger, shred the onion, and julienne the green pepper.
Step 7: Fish out the chicken thighs, let them cool slightly and tear them into shreds.
Step 8: Put all the above ingredients into a pot.
Step 9: Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, l tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of thirteen spices, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooked sesame seeds, two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and two tablespoons of chopped peppers to the vegetable bowl.
Step 10: When the oil in the pot is hot, splash into the vegetable pot.
Step 11: Mix all ingredients well. (Minced peppers are very salty, no need to add salt)
