Steps
Step 1: Peel and remove the flesh of bamboo shoots and gourds.

Step 2: Cut into slices

Step 3: Sprinkle with salt and marinate for a while.

Step 4: Rinse with water and squeeze out the water.

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili peppers.

Step 6: Stir fry the bamboo shoots and gourds

Step 7: Add salt, sugar and vinegar and stir-fry over high heat.

Step 8: Add chicken essence and stir-fry before serving.
