Passion Fruit: 6 pcs, Pure Milk: 300g, Caster Sugar: 20g, Guylian Slices: 10g
Steps
Step 1: Wash and cut off 1/3 of the passion fruit, pour out the pulp.
Step 2: Strain out the juice with the help of a strainer, and use the seeded part for decoration.
Step 3: Soak 10g of gelatin sheets in cold white water to soften.
Step 4: Pour 300g milk and 20g granulated sugar into a small saucepan.
Please adjust the amount of sugar according to your baby's age and taste.
Step 5: Cook over low heat until the sugar melts, then pour in the softened custard slices and stir until the custard melts.
You can replace the custard tablets with an equal amount of custard powder.

Make sure the milk is at room temperature before adding the juice. The heated milk will coagulate when it meets the acid and precipitate into flocs, so the resulting custard won't be too fine.
