Introduction
Soda meat is a dish that my father used to make for me when I was a child, the taste is refreshing and fresh, coupled with nutritious and tender texture, very good for digestion, whether it is children or the elderly with bad teeth and weakened intestines and stomach can be eaten.
Ingredients
Pork stuffing: 200g, minced ginger: a little, egg: 1, chopped scallions: a little
Steps
Step 1: Add minced ginger, soy sauce, white pepper and oyster sauce to the pork filling.
Step 2: Stir the pork mixture in one direction, and add the water starch several times during the process.
Step 3: Place the meat mixture into a plate.
Step 4: Arrange a circle of Japanese tofu around the dish.
Step 5: Make a small hole in the center of the meat mixture.
Step 6: Steam the meat for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Beat an egg and add 1:1 water.
Step 8: Pour the egg mixture into the center of the steamed meat.
Step 9: Cover the pot and steam for 8 minutes.
Step 10: Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil on top.
Step 11: Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of the steamer.
Tips
If you want the meat to be tender, beating the meat is the key, and the amount of water must be enough, otherwise there will be no soda!
