Ingredients
Salmon: 200g, Salt: to taste, Corn shoots: 150g, Soy sauce: 1 tbsp, Olive oil: to taste, Flour: a pinch
Steps
Step 1: Peel the salmon, cut into pieces and sprinkle with salt

Step 2: Dip in sesame seeds

Step 3: Coat with flour and set aside

Step 4: Put mirin, soy sauce and corn shoots in a plastic bag.
Stir well and leave it for 10 minutes (don't throw away the sauce in the plastic bag)

Step 5: Coat in flour

Step 6: Fry in olive oil until done

Step 7: Pan-fry salmon cubes and pour in the sauce at the end
