Cream Cheese: 120g, Unsalted Butter: 100g, Powdered Sugar: 40g, Salt: 1g, Low Gluten Flour: 250g, Egg: 1pc
Steps
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients, soften the butter cheese
Step 2: Stir the powdered sugar and butter before using a whisk, otherwise the powdered sugar will fly up!
Step 3: Beat the butter until it turns a little white.
Step 4: Stir in the ➕ cheese ️ and beat again until well combined.
Step 5: Add the eggs in three batches, beating with a whisk each time until well combined.
Step 6: Sift in the flour and stir until there are no particles, pour it on top of greaseproof paper and roll it out with a rolling pin until it's about 3mm, put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Take out the dough, cut off the edges, cut into long strips, cut into squares and then cut diagonally, roll the holes with a pastry tube and put them into a baking tray.
Step 7: Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius, medium level, 15 minutes. Brush with a layer of egg wash to make it more beautiful.
