Almond mushrooms: 400g, bell pepper: 1, garlic: 2 cloves, soy sauce: 1 tbsp, vinegar: 1 tbsp, oyster sauce: 1 tbsp, salt: 2g, sugar: a little bit

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Step 2: Wash and tear the mushrooms into strips.
Step 3: Mince the garlic
Step 4: Dice the chili peppers
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
Step 6: Stir fry the mushrooms until soft.
Step 7: Stir-fry the mushrooms until they become watery, then continue to stir-fry until they are dry.
Step 8: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Step 9: Add the chili peppers and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Step 10: Add salt and sugar.
Step 11: Stir fry evenly.
